Hazelburn 2007 13 Years 2021 Release 48,6%

A single vintage release of Hazelburn, Springbank’s triple distilled malt, matured in 75% bourbon casks and 25% sherry casks. This release was limited to 6,300 bottles.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose : Deliciously smooth and creamy like a lemon cheesecake with notes ofvanilla, citrus and digestive biscuits.

Palate : Fruity with ripe peaches and crisp red apples. The bourbon influence promotes notes of vanilla whilst there are hints of honey and orange rind with a developing undertone of liquorice and aniseed.

Finish : Delicate with grassy freshness and subtle hints of honey and glazed dates.
