This Old Particular from the Dailuaine Distillery has spent 12 long years maturing in a Refill Hogshead. It was distilled in April 2010 and bottled in June 2022. Bottled at a natural Cask Strength of 48.4%, only 360 bottles exist globally.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Complex, Richly spice, tannic and gingered with red jammy fruit and cream
Palate
Combine the above with mouthcoating barley sugar, vanilla, oak and honey
Finish
Loads more honey, grist and buttered homemade, lightly burnt fruit scones (FHL)
