Gemaakt met vastelandsturf uit St. Fergus, bedraagt het zoete fenolgehalte van de whisky 35 PPM. Een lange fermentatieperiode van 160 uur resulteert in een spirit met nadruk op fruit, wat perfect past bij de rijping in de beste Sherry eikenhouten vaten.

Neus: Cederhout, sigarendoos, butterscotch en mokka, met sinaasappelschil, honing en pruimenjam.

Smaak: Pure chocolade, gerookte honing en mokka, met vijgen, stroop, gebrande suiker en wolkjes turfrook.
