“Coeur de Lion” is located in the Pays d’Auge. The distillery used to be located on the property of Christian Drouin Sr., in Gonneville-sur-Honfleur. The success of Calvados “Drouin”, for which more space was needed, brought Christian Drouin son in 1990 to transfer the facilities in a former stud in Coudray-Rabut.
Nose: Calvados offers aromas of cashews, almonds and pears.
Taste: Complex: Nuts and fine pear and apple.
Finish: long and soft
